Sat beach training at Palawan Sentosa- 8.30am

Prior to monday and friday's trainings, there will be a GYM SESSION at 4pm sharp! held by coach himself so do come down for that too!

For gym sessions, please bring along an extra towel and put on your appropriate sports gears.
