aloha peeps!

so the swim wears has been bought and worn and the shirts have been freshly printed. the trainings have been done and the routine of whining and complaining, we have gone through.

it's a day to NUS invitationals and my fellow team mates (be it whether or not you are competing) we have been fighting a war and on saturday we will see the end results. a gruesome war it has been and i must say that all that swimming and eating (ahem!) and fighting to not get swine flu hasn't been easy. nevertheless, we have seen improvements. our taste buds for food have been pushed up another level to 'buffet style' and of course our timings have been slashed like as though we owed the loan sharks money and they were killing us with their parangs. oh yea...we have also mastered the saying of 'one for all and all for one'whereby when one person falls sick, it slowly passes on to everyone else. ahh!! all these blissful moments we have had as a team, who can forget? haha!

so ladies and gentlemen, girls and boys, uncles and aunties, all i am trying to say is that having been through so much together for so many months just for the upcoming competitions, we know we have reached a different level all together. to the year 1s and freshies, welcome to the 'cool club' where we make your every dreams come through and to the year 2s, congrats to some whom have just passed their BM test (to the rest, all the best and keep it up!). as for the year 3s and the graduates/ super uber graduates, i think im tired of seeing your faces (just kidding la!) so often but still, i can't live without all of you.

no matter how hard it may be these coming competitions, let us just give it our best shots and stay focus throughout. i got your back and you got mine, so together we shall soar to greater heights hand in hand <3

TYR Printed Repellant and Shirt (1 set) - $100 for females and $70 for males

TYR Solid Repellant and SHirt (1set) - $75 for females and $55 for males

now, do note that our first choice would be the TYR Printed Repellant design but as some of you might find it unaffordable and too expensive, we were given another design (TYR Solid Repellant) as advised from TYR. But then think about it guys, it could be more worth it to just top up more cash and we all get better suits/trunks that could perhaps enhance our performance too.......?

please check through your sizes again and revert back to Marvin asap! so that he can send me the final sizings. Time is tight guys! please please co-operate!!!!

SP's Biathlon.

Hi guys!

On the morning of the 4th of July, SP will be holding a biathlon.

For those who are new to what biathlons are all about, it basically requires one person to run and swim OR if you choose to team up, one person would then run and the other would swim. sounds good? haha :)

Anyway, here are some of the details:

If you are unable to read it clearly, this is what it says ->

We would be under the category of Women's/Men's Opens OR Relay/Couples Challenge Opens.

Women's/Men's Opens (Individual) and Relay Challenge Opens (Team)

Cost - $10 and $16 respectively

Distance - Swim 1050m (21 laps) and run 7.6km

Rules - For the Relay Challenge Opens, participants must be of the same gender, hence, one will swim and one will run.

Couples Challenge Opens (Team)

Cost - $16

Distance - Swim 750m (15 laps) and run 3.8km

Rules - Participants must be of different gender and both will run and swim together.
