RESUMING of TRAININGS!

hey homies, if you guys haven't heard, jeremy is now officially our coach :). thus, trainings are to resume asap!!! no more reasons to slack and bum around now. we have a coach!!!

here's the deal peeps. training days for this holidays are the same, mondays and thursdays for pool trainings and saturdays for beach trainings. however, we'll be having morning trainings at 11am for pool trainings and as for the beach trainings, timing is to be confirmed.

please sms me if you are attending training this coming thursday (18/12/08) asap so that i can revert back to jeremy. cheers!
